Ingredients:
5-6 tbsp milk
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 tbsp sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1/2 scoop vanilla protein
1 graham cracker sheet (optional)
Blend the first four ingredients together for 30 seconds to a minute. Crumble half the cracker in a bowl, then pour the mixture over it. Crumble the second half over the top and let it set in the fridge for 20 minutes.
