Ingredients:
2 over ripe bananas
1 cup oatmeal
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 scoop vanilla protein
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a cookie sheet with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray.
In a bowl, mash the bananas.
Mix in the the cinnamon, protein, baking powder, and salt.
Now mix in the cup of oatmeal.
Make eight cookies.
Bake for 15 minutes.
